Es Caracol

Es Caracol is located far from the island holiday resorts and is the southernmost beach in Mallorca. To get to it, you have to park 1.5 km, approx. from the waterfront and walk down a rough path with flat rocks and sand. 

Overall evaluation: 
Es Caracol is a beautiful and peaceful beach with crystal clear and low water in the finest turquoise shades. You'll find, however, no facilities at all - neither sunbeds, beach bars or anything else - and taking into account the 1.5 km walk, you get a beach that's only visited by few. 

Child friendly: 
Apart from the walk you have to consider - especially if you have young children - the beach itself is very child friendly with both plenty of space to play and nice, low water. However, as mentioned above, there's no opportunity to rent equipment, but the clear water makes it obvious to go snorkeling.
