Sóller & Port de Sóller

Sóller - famous for its orange groves, but also housing interesting buildings - is beautifully located in a warm valley. Soller's long, rich and dramatic history has cast off a cultural heritage, among which the church of Sant Bartomeu, designed by one of Gaudi's students, is an important part. If the sun's out and the weather good, Plaza de Constitución is a good opportunity to take in the city's atmosphere while enjoying tapas, cakes and a freshly squeezed orange juice. In addition, the city vintage train take you on a beautiful trip through the mountains to / from Palma.

Just as it's the case with Sóller, Port de Sóller is a scenic and charming area. With it's natural harbour and beautiful coastline, the atmosphere is full of calm, subdued elegance and family charm. However, the city is also known for its lively festivals. Port de Sóller is a point of departure for boat trips along the coast and is also renowned for its fantastic hiking trails.
