Cala Millor

The small fishing harbour of Cala Bona is located in the immediate vicinity of Cala Millor. Here, you'll find charming, low-rise buildings and a quiet pace. During high season, a mini train will take you back and forth between the surrounding areas. Tourists come here to shop on the Friday market or to have a nice meal or a drink at one of the local bars. The areas around Cala Millor are hilly and green, and many residents and visitors explore the village by bike.

Overall evaluation:
Cala Millor is very touristy, and the beach is amont the most visited in all of Mallorca. It's a big, sandy beach and, apart from being so wel-visited and often relatively crowded, it's considered to be one of the best beaches on the island.

Child friendly:
Many people call Cala Millor the perfect beach for children due to its beautiful sand and shallow water On the other hand, it's not surprising that the same people say it would've been even better, if it wasn't so well-visited during high season, where you're obliged to stay very close to the other beach guests. You'll encounter all sorts of beach and water sports activities, including a surf school.
