At last: March. At long last: Spring
March 1st isn't only 'the Day of the Balearic Islands'. It's also the 1st official day of Spring. And here in Mallorca, we're entering into a season with even more light and warmth.
After a month of February with rather unsteady weather, bringing both rain and wind, but definitely also lots of sun, light and warmth, the calendar now officially says March and Spring time, and the weather reports talk of sun in most places.
Mainland Spain has reported of tumultuous seas and heavy winds today. However, in Mallorca 'the Day of the Balearics' only show signs of being sunny and beautiful.
